While working her way up, Heather juggled administrative duties, including hiring, coordinating events, and scheduling educational classes among other things. In 2023, she transitioned into a full-time real estate agent, serving clients with dedication and expertise.

In November 2025, Heather joined Arium Real Estate as both a Realtor and the Operations Manager for the Gainesville office. She brings honesty, empathy, and a vibrant personality to her real estate career, ensuring her clients receive the best possible service.
