Join us for an informative session with the Gainesville Housing Authority (GHA) to learn how participating can benefit your rental business and help connect you with prospective tenants. GHA staff will walk you through the leasing process, explain required paperwork and documentation, review housing inspections and standards, and clarify Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) contracts and payments. You’ll also get practical tips for avoiding common delays and navigating the approval process more smoothly.
