Purchase Terms and Conditions 

  • Invoice/open order payments are due upon receipt. 
  • Store physical Items are refundable at the Board's discretion.
  • Membership dues are non-refundable and are set at the date application is submitted.
  • Fees for course cancellations will be refunded if the cancellation request is made 10 days or more in advance of the course minus a $25 processing fee.  There are no refunds for No Shows.  Cancellation requests made within 10 days prior to the course date will not receive a refund.  
  • Event cancellations but be made with 48hrs of the Course date to be eligible for a refund.
